The Sould Out Quartet was looking for a system to collect new members to their newsletter. Since they are not always at a location that has an internet connection, placing this system online was not an option. To meet their needs the site was designed as a very simple form for users to fill out and submit to sign up for the newsletter, and the Quartet will simply authenticate to the page and be given an MS Excel file they can download which will contain all the new submissions. The best part about this webpage is that it will run completly on the Sould Out Quartet computer that they setup on their display table, and the Excel file they will simply email to their newsletter company when they do have internet access and they will be able to update the newsletter memmbers using that file.
